The Teenage Girls who get overly dressed up in their sexiest outfits for every concert, birthday dinner, show, etc. in hopes to look more mature and get hit on by all the drunk guys. This began in middle school, but now that they are in high school and do not get chaperoned by a mom who exposes them for being 12 to any male passerby with eyes.
